New Jersey's first Licensed Parelli Professional™
Jeane is thrilled and very proud to be the first licensed Parelli Professional in the state of New Jersey.
Jeane started practicing Parelli Natural Horsemanship in 2000 with a lovely Paint mare named Mystic. In 2002, Mystic foaled Scarlet, who has been brought up on pure Parelli since the moment of her birth.
While Mystic is now mostly retired, Scarlet and Jeane have traveled to participate in courses at the Parelli centers in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and Ocala, Florida. They have also participated in numerous clinics all over the northeast and mid-Atlantic with wonderful instructors such as Dave Ellis, Aimee Brimhall, Maurice Thibault, Karen Rohlf, David Lichman, and the legendary Jack Brainard.
During the 4-week "Master Class" in the summer of 2009, Jeane was invited back to take the One Star Instructor Course with Pat and Linda Parelli in Pagosa Springs, CO. In September 2010, they returned again to coach and support the 4-week "Fast Track" Course, for students interested in pursuing professional goals with their Parelli training.
Jeane also had the honor and privilege of teaching 8 members of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) during an entry level course while on the ranch in Pagosa Springs. They planned to take what they learned from the course out into the field and implement their new skills with all their rescues, sanctuaries and seizures.
To continue her education in the spring of 2011, she completed a 12-week program at the Ocala, FL center, earning her second star. This enables her to teach online skills and freestyle riding. She plans to continue her Parelli Professional training in the summer of 2012 in Colorado.
